Gynecologist Physician

Responsible for delivering comprehensive gynecologicalcare to patients in an outpatient setting, including preventive services,evaluations, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care. This position plays anessential role in supporting women’s health through compassionate, high-qualitymedical care and patient education.

The physician will work collaboratively with clinicalstaff and other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care and positivepatient outcomes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provideroutine and comprehensive gynecological examinations and evaluations
  
• Diagnoseand treat acute and chronic gynecologic conditions
  
• PerformPap smears, pelvic exams, breast exams, biopsies, and minor in-officeprocedures
  
• Providecontraception counseling and family planning services
  
• Managemenopausal care, menstrual disorders, pelvic pain, and reproductive healthconcerns
  
• Orderand interpret laboratory tests, imaging, and diagnostic studies
  
• Educatepatients regarding treatment plans, preventive care, and overall wellness
  
• Collaboratewith primary care providers and specialists to ensure coordinated patientcare
  
• Maintainaccurate and timely electronic medical records documentation
  
• Participatein quality assurance and compliance initiatives
  
• Ensureadherence to organizational policies, HIPAA regulations, and clinicalguidelines
  

Qualifications

• Doctorof Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
  
• ActiveNew York State Medical License
  
• BoardCertified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
  
• DEAregistration required
  
• Stronginterpersonal and communication skills
  
• Abilityto work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment
