This role involves working with a high volume of gynecological pathology cases, including biopsies and large cases, within a large and diverse healthcare system. - Central Anatomic Pathology Services practice
- Serves Nassau and Suffolk Counties in Long Island and the Queens borough of New York City
- Covers the tertiary Long Island Jewish Medical Center with its robust Surgical Oncology programming
- Covers the quaternary North Shore University Hospital
- Annual volume of gynecological pathology cases exceeded 27,000 in 2025, of which 24,000 were biopsies and over 3,000 were large cases
Compensation
- Salary: Commensurate with Experience
- Full-time clinical base compensation ranges from $125,000 to $750,000, impacted by various factors, including but not limited to physician specialty, level of experience, quality of care, academic accomplishments, patient experience and productivity

Requirements
- Subspecialty trained in Gynecological Pathology
- 3 years of experience as an attending pathologist is preferred
