Sanford Health is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Gynecologic Oncologist to join their well-established Women's Health and Roger Maris Surgical Oncology programs in Fargo, North Dakota. This position offers exceptional collegial support and a collaborative multi-site Women's Health network, allowing the successful candidate to build a robust practice within a comprehensive, team-based oncology program. Responsibilities
- Perform history and physical examination.
- Admit, evaluate, diagnose, treat, and provide consultation to female patients with gynecologic cancer and resulting complications.
- Provide surgical and therapeutic treatment to female patients with gynecologic cancer and resulting complications, including carcinomas of the cervix, ovary and fallopian tubes, uterus, vulva, and vagina.
- Perform procedures on the bowel, urethra, and bladder.
- Guide patients from diagnosis through survivorship.

Requirements
- BC/BE Gynecologic Oncologist.
- M.D. or D.O. degree.
- Successful completion of an Obstetrics and Gynecology residency program.
- Completion of a fellowship in Gynecologic Oncology accredited by the ACGME, the American Osteopathic Association (AOA) or the Royal College of Physician and Surgeons of Canada.
- Certification in the primary area of practice by the appropriate specialty/subspecialty board of the American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS), the American Osteopathic Association (AOA) or the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, as applicable.
- If not board certified at the time of application but completed fellowship training within the last five years, must achieve board certification within five years from the date of completion of fellowship training.
- Ability to demonstrate at least 25 Gynecologic Oncology surgical procedures in the last 12 months (for applicants not applying directly out of a fellowship).
