AdventHealth Orlando is seeking a national thought-leader to lead its Gynecological Oncology program. This medical directorship position requires a candidate with at least five years of board-certified clinical experience, demonstrated leadership in clinical trials research, and advanced robotic surgery expertise. The successful candidate will join a high-volume practice supporting an ACGME-approved fellowship training program and will drive quality improvement initiatives for both inpatient and outpatient services.

Responsibilities
- Lead the Gynecological Oncology program.
- Perform with clinical excellence in a highly productive practice.
- Lead on-going quality improvement initiatives for both the inpatient and outpatient services to improve clinical outcomes and the patient experience.
- Foster academic and industry relationships on a national and international level to advance innovation through clinical trials, both multi-institutional cooperative groups and investigator-initiated trials.

Requirements
- Minimum five years of board-certified clinical experience.
- Demonstrated leadership in clinical trials research.
- Advanced experience in robotic surgery.
- Ability to perform with clinical excellence in a highly productive practice.
- Board Certification American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology with subspecialty training in Gynecologic Oncology.
- Current valid Florida Medical License, or ability to obtain one.
