Gym Operations Lead: Member Experience & Team Training

Planet Fitnes is seeking a friendly front desk associate to help create a positive member experience. You will greet members, process sign-ups, handle check-ins, cancellations, and answer inquiries with courtesy.

You will also assist in staff training, support club operations, and help maintain a clean, welcoming gym while following company policies and promoting current promotions and services.
