Gulfstream SkillBridge Program

Gulfstream welcomes transitioning military service members eligible to participate in the DoD SkillBridge Program to explore career opportunities across multiple teams and functions. Participants will gain hands-on industry experience while supporting Gulfstream’s mission of designing, manufacturing, and servicing world-class aircraft.

Education and Experience Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required. Must be eligible for the DoD SkillBridge Program and remain eligible throughout the program. Valid Drivers License required. Position Purpose: The Gulfstream DoD SkillBridge program is an opportunity for service members to gain valuable civilian work experience through specific industry training, apprenticeships, or internships during the last 180 days of service for positions in which they qualify for. The Gulfstream SkillBridge program connects transitioning service members with various positions within Gulfstream for which they qualify based on Military and Civilian experience.

Job Description

Principle Duties and Responsibilities: Essential Functions:

1. Support daily operations and projects within assigned departments.
2. Apply military experience, leadership, and technical skills in a professional environment.
3. Follow established safety, quality, and operational procedures.
4. Collaborate with team members to achieve organizational goals.
5. Maintain accurate documentation and records as required.
6. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and training opportunities.

Perform other duties as assigned. Other Requirements:

1. Active-duty service member approved for participation in the DOD SkillBridge program.
2. Strong work ethic, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
3. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
4. Basic computer and communication skills.
5. Ability to meet the physical requirements of the assigned role.
6. Meet the Education and Experience requirements to be considered for open positions.
