Job Summary
- Serve as the subject matter expert for Guidewire PolicyCenter and related integrations (8+ years required).
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Guidewire PolicyCenter solutions, ensuring they meet client needs.
- Translate business and project requirements into clear technical specifications for development teams.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
- Facilitate team meetings to ensure alignment, collaboration, and progress toward project goals.
- Evaluate and integrate new technologies to enhance system performance and user experience.
- Manage key technical decisions, stakeholder communications, and project milestones.
- Operate in a hybrid work model (3 days onsite in Hartford, CT or Hunt Valley, MD); local candidates only.
- Maintain advanced proficiency with Guidewire Integration and Guidewire Advanced Product Designer (APD).
- Demonstrate strong technical leadership, innovation, and collaborative team management skills.
