Hands‐on expertise in Guidewire ClaimCenter, PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and Contact Manager, including configuration, product model forms, rules, and rating. Strong background in manual and automation testing for Guidewire Cloud projects (upgrades and implementations). Proficiency in Agile methodologies and test management tools such as Client ALM, Jira, ADO, or Rally. Experience in claims creation, FNOLs, reserves, checks, and payment transactions. Guidewire Analyst Associate certification; ISTQB or Agile certifications preferred. Ability to lead, take initiative, and guide teams in onsite‐offshore delivery models.
