The ideal candidate will be responsible for the development, configuration, and integration of the Guidewire PolicyCenter application, with a focus on delivering high-quality insurance solutions.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain Guidewire PolicyCenter applications using Gosu and Java.Customize PolicyCenter business rules, data model, and UI components.Integrate PolicyCenter with external systems using web services (SOAP/REST).Collaborate with business analysts and QA teams to ensure technical feasibility and solution alignment.Create and manage configuration bundles and deployment packages.Support system testing, performance tuning, and production deployments.Required Skills & Experience:5+ years of experience in Guidewire development with a strong focus on PolicyCenter.Proficiency in Gosu scripting and Java.Hands-on experience with Guidewire Configuration, Integration, and Product Model.Strong knowledge of insurance domain, especially in Property & Casualty.Experience with web services (REST/SOAP), XML, and SQL.Experience using tools like Jenkins, Git, JIRA, and Agile methodologies.Guidewire certification (PolicyCenter Developer) is a plus.Preferred Qualifications:Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
