Job TitleRequired Skills & Qualifications:Eight to ten years of experience as a business analyst in the commercial insurance domain.Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams during the full lifecycle of Guidewire PolicyCenter implementations.Analyze and document end-to-end business requirements, workflows, and use cases for commercial lines products (e.g., general liability, property, workers' comp).Minimum five years of experience working with Guidewire PolicyCenter.ACE certified in Guidewire PolicyCenter – mandatory.In-depth understanding of commercial lines insurance products and processes.Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.Proficient in BRD, FRD, user stories, wireframes, and business process modeling.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
