Guidewire Data Conversion DeveloperWe are seeking a skilled Guidewire Data Conversion Developer to join our team to support the migration of legacy data into the Guidewire InsuranceSuite (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Guidewire data conversion projects, with strong ETL skills and knowledge of insurance domain data structures.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and implement data conversion processes for Guidewire systems (PC, BC, CC).Analyze legacy data sources and map them to the Guidewire data model.Develop ETL routines using tools such as SQL, Informatica, SSIS, Talend, or similar.Create and maintain data conversion specifications and documentation.Perform data quality assessments and cleansing.Collaborate with Guidewire configuration/integration teams, QA, and business analysts.Conduct test data loads and support reconciliation and validation activities.Assist in production cutover planning and execution.Required Skills:Strong experience with Guidewire InsuranceSuite data model.Proficiency in SQL and one or more ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, SSIS).Experience in data mapping, transformation, cleansing, and validation.Familiarity with Java or Gosu (used in Guidewire customization).Knowledge of insurance domain (Property & Casualty preferred).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience working in Agile environments is a plus.Preferred Qualifications:Guidewire certification (DataHub, PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter).Experience with Guidewire DataHub or InfoCenter.Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus.Experience in data conversion for multiple Guidewire modules.
