Job Title: Senior Business Analyst

Remote Available

W2 Contract | $50-55/hr W2 all inc

Job Description:

We are hiring a Business Analyst with deep experience in Guidewire integration to join a high-impact cyber insurance initiative. You will lead form generation efforts, working closely with business and technical teams to deliver accurate, compliant, and user-friendly customer documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead business analysis workstream focused on form generation and template design.
• Create form mock-ups and align deliverables with business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and QA to ensure successful integration with Guidewire.
• Document user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases in Azure DevOps .
• Conduct workshops, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and UAT support.

Required Skills:

• 8–10 years of Business Analyst experience in IT or Insurance.
• Familiarity with Guidewire (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, etc.).
• Knowledge of P&C Insurance products and form compliance.
• Proficient in Azure DevOps and Agile methodologies.
