Guidewire Business AnalystJob Title: Guidewire Business AnalystLocation: Greenville City, SCYears of Experience: 15-25 YearsJob Summary: We are seeking a detail oriented and analytical Business Analyst with a strong background in Property and Casualty (P C) Commercial Lines Auto, specifically with expertise in Guidewire Claims Center. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring that our claims processes are efficient, effective, and aligned with industry standards.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to P C Personal Lines.Utilize Guidewire Claims Center to assess current processes and identify areas for improvement.Develop detailed functional specifications and use cases to guide the development and implementation of solutions.Facilitate workshops and meetings with cross functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.Conduct gap analysis and impact assessments to support decision making and strategic planning.Assist in the testing and validation of new systems and processes to ensure they meet business requirements.Provide ongoing support and training to end users to enhance their understanding of the Guidewire Claims Center.Monitor project progress and report on key metrics to stakeholders.Mandatory SkillsStrong knowledge of Property and Casualty (P C) Commercial Lines Auto insurance products.Proficiency in Guidewire Claims Center, including configuration and functionality.Experience in business analysis methodologies and tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.Preferred SkillsFamiliarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices.Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the insurance industry.Certifications in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) or related fields.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.2-5 years of experience in business analysis, preferably within the insurance sector.Proven track record of successful project delivery and stakeholder engagement.*** is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
