Guest Services CoordinatorAs our Guest Services Coordinator, you will cover routine office/clerical responsibilities for one of our resorts. You will also serve as the face of the resort as you interact with current and prospective guests who come to the office with questions and concerns.This is a seasonal position that may require flexible scheduling availability.Job Requirements:Greet and establish rapport with guestsField resort comments, suggestions, and complaints to the Resort ManagerCheck guests in and out for their reservationsPerform general administrative duties such as answering phones, typing, copying, faxing, and filingComplete and maintain resort records, reports, and filesPrepare and distribute resort communications such as rule reminders, violation notices, newsletters, etc.Ensure office supplies are sufficiently stocked and prepare supply orders as neededAssist with the preparation of marketing materialsJob Qualifications:Intermediate computer proficiency, including the ability to use Microsoft Office, email, and the internetExcellent written and verbal communication skillsReadily available and approachable for all guests while providing excellent guest servicePrior administrative experience is preferredResort office or hotel front desk experience is a plusThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit or walk for an extended period of time.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. The number of hours you will be scheduled to work during the week is variable and is based on guest occupancy, season, staffing and other factors.
