KEI Outdoors is seeking a Guest Service team member to deliver exceptional, outdoor-inspired retail experiences. In this role, you’ll greet and assist customers in-store and online, recommend gear and apparel, and support orders, returns, and questions across multiple channels. You’ll help keep displays sharp, gather customer feedback, and contribute ideas to elevate our e‑commerce and retail experience.
