Guest Experience & Operations GM (P&L, Team Leadership)

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a General Manager to own guest experience, team leadership, financials, and culture at the center. You will lead bowling, arcade, food & beverage, bar, and events on the floor, while driving sales and building a high‑performing, accountable team.

As a floor‑first leader, you will manage full P&L, budgets, labor optimization, and cost controls, ensuring a guest‑ready facility and memorable experiences for all guests.
