About the Opportunity:
We are assembling a volunteer team to help plan and execute the virtual book launch for The Untold Story by Sabrina Sanford, a bold historical fiction novel set in 5th-century Britain that reimagines Arthurian legend through the eyes of a woman who refuses to be erased from the narrative. We are looking for a motivated Guest and Outreach Coordinator to build awareness for the book and the launch event within the historical fiction and Arthurian legend communities.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct outreach to historical fiction podcasts, book clubs, and communities
- Manage guest booking and communication with podcast hosts and media contacts
- Maintain and update the partner outreach tracker
- Follow up consistently on all leads and report progress to the Event Coordinator
- Research and identify new outreach opportunities leading up to the launch
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in public relations, media outreach, or community engagement
- Familiarity with the historical fiction or book community is a strong plus
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Passion for diverse storytelling and supporting independent authors
