Guardian Fixed Wing Pilot

Guardian Flight seeks a Guardian Fixed Wing Pilot to provide safe, efficient air medical transport to rural and underserved communities. In this role, you will operate advanced fixed-wing aircraft for emergent and interfacility missions, flying IFR/VFR in diverse weather and terrain. You will perform thorough pre-flight and post-flight checks, manage in-flight safety, and coordinate closely with flight nurses, paramedics, dispatch, and ATC.

You’ll uphold a mission-driven, safety-first culture, participate in regular training and check rides, and help ensure 24/7 readiness for critical-care patient transport.
