What You'll Need: 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting with significant GTM hiring at B2B SaaS or API companies. A track record of high-volume hiring (25+ GTM hires a year) and passive sourcing. Working knowledge of sales comp and experience with Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing CRMs. Cash compensation of $120,000-$140,000 plus competitive equity grants. 100% employer-paid benefits and a fully remote setup.
