GTM Engineer

Sales · San Francisco Bay Area, USA · Remote · FullTime · Senior level

This role is about wiring together the tools a sales and revenue team runs on, with a heavy focus on contract management in Ironclad and how it connects to the CRM. A strong candidate writes real code for integrations, keeps data fresh and trustworthy, and can turn a vague request from Sales or Legal into a workflow that holds up under load. Prior hands-on time with the named tools and a habit of documenting what gets built matter a lot.

How it fits the AI era

AI tools can now draft enrichment steps, scripts, and routing logic quickly, so the value shifts toward deciding what should be automated and checking that it works. Monitoring, error handling, and data quality still need a careful person who understands how contracts, leads, and revenue connect. Judgment about trade-offs between teams, such as Legal and Sales, stays human.

How it builds AI experience

The work sits inside a company that sells AI video and image generation, so the role offers a close look at how a fast-growing AI product company runs its sales machine. Tools like Clay and n8n are built around AI-assisted enrichment and automation, which gives practical experience designing workflows with AI steps inside them. Someone building this skill set could practice by creating small automations that enrich leads and route them with clear failure alerts.

Worth showing

• Ironclad workflow customization
• Python or TypeScript integrations
