Medvelle is hiring its first GTM Engineer to build and own our revenue systems: Salesforce, Clay, Gong, 6sense and Apollo. You'll report to the VP of Go-To-Market and work on-site in New York.

Medvelle is an AI-powered inventory and procurement platform for med spas and aesthetic businesses. We connect to our clients' POS systems, forecast what they'll run out of, and handle ordering end to end. Clients save 15%+ on supply costs and 50+ hours a month.
The role
The strategy is set. We're rebuilding Salesforce around a defined sales process, rolling out Gong, and deploying Clay for enrichment. We need the builder who connects it all and keeps it running.

What you'll build
• Own the Salesforce org: opportunity stages, exit criteria, Flows, validation rules, permission sets and account hierarchies for multi-location clients.
• Build Clay enrichment waterfalls, lead scoring and signal-based workflows that write clean data into Salesforce.
• Connect Gong, 6sense, Apollo and our outbound and e-signature tools through native syncs, APIs, webhooks and n8n or Make.
• Build the reporting and forecast leadership uses: pipeline coverage, stage conversion, sourced pipeline and cost per opportunity by channel.
• Set up campaign attribution, UTM standards and trade show tracking from badge scan to closed-won.
• Use LLM APIs (OpenAI or Anthropic) to automate account research, lead classification and personalization.
What you bring
• 3+ years in GTM engineering, revenue operations, sales operations or growth operations, ideally at a B2B SaaS startup.
• Hands-on Salesforce administration. You build Flows, validation rules, objects, reports and dashboards yourself.
• Production Clay experience. You can walk us through a table you built and where its data landed.
• Comfort with REST APIs, JSON, webhooks and SQL.
• Experience running the data behind a forecast or weekly pipeline review.

• $105,000-$125,000 base, plus performance bonus and equity
