If you are also a strong communicator and comfortable forming hiring strategies, we'd like to meet you.Ultimately, you'll help our company grow and thrive by hiring the most qualified people.ResponsibilitiesDesign the company's sales hiring strategyWork with sales directors to determine annual hiring needsHelp hiring managers in crafting appealing job descriptionsAdvertise job postings on multiple recruiting sourcesSource candidates via various methods (like participating in events, organizing career days, using databases or social media)Conduct screening callsShortlist candidates based on criteria of high performance in salesSchedule interviews on behalf of sales hiring teamsBuild relationships with candidates for the futureTrack metrics to spot successes and opportunities for improvement in the hiring processSupport hiring teams and help them make objective hiring decisionsRequirements and Skills3+ years of Corporate recruiting experienceProven recruiting experience preferably in the sales industryExperience in the full recruitment lifecycleHands-on experience with social media recruitingFamiliarity with sales KPIs for high performance as hiring criteria is a plusExperience in formulating a hiring strategyWorking knowledge of HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)Outstanding communication skillsExcellent organizational abilityBSc in Business Management, HR or related field*Candidates must be willing to commute to NYC office on a hybrid schedule
