Temporal Technologies in the United States is seeking a GTM Compensation and Insights Manager to own the design, administration, and analysis of Temporal's sales compensation programs.
Reporting to the Director of GTM Strategy and Analytics, you'll run the monthly commission process end to end, design and manage SPIFs and comp plans across the GTM org, and develop the compensation policies that keep our incentive structures fair, scalable, and aligned to the business.
