Driving productivity for the go-to-market organization, the full-time remote GTM AI Analyst will manage the technology portfolio, optimize GTM tools with a focus on artificial intelligence, and translate business needs into practical solutions. Key responsibilities Define the GTM technology strategy and assess the current portfolio for capability gaps and underutilized functionality Translate GTM productivity challenges into business requirements, evaluate tools, and recommend solutions for operational value Analyze workflows to identify opportunities for simplification and automation, and develop user guidance and adoption plans Required qualifications Three or more years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related GTM function Hands-on experience with SaaS business tools and documenting end-to-end business processes Working knowledge of Salesforce and common GTM technology categories Demonstrated experience improving processes and coordinating work across business and technical stakeholders Familiarity with agile delivery practices or change management methods (preferred)
