Job Overview:

ProsegurSecurity is looking for Full-TimeSOC Operators in the Alpharetta area with a strong work ethic and quality customer service skills. This is a critical position meant to safeguard our clients and what they value the most.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Track employee time andattendance.
• Monitor alarms and electronic securitysystems.
• Track the progress of securitypatrols.
• Receive calls from interior guardposts.
• Respond to clientrequests.
• Facilitate incident responseefforts.
• Initiate notification and escalation procedures
• Document significantincidents.
• Perform primary analysis of operationalprocedures.
• Provide assistance tocustomers, employees, and visitors in a courteous and professionalmanner.

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid Security Guard License
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Must have 1 year of experience as a securityofficer.
• Minimum1year ofcustomer service experiencerequired.
• Minimum 1 year of dispatch/SOC experiencerequired.
• Musthave reliabletransportation.
• Musthave goodcommunicationsskills.
• Ability to think clearly during crisis orhigh stressperiods.
• Must be reliable, have a positive attitude, and uphold ethicalbehavior.
