Growth Recruiting Coordinator (Fully Remote)

SpaceXAI is seeking a Growth Recruiting Coordinator to support hiring across Human Data roles. You will work in a fast-paced environment, partnering with recruiters and hiring stakeholders. Responsibilities: Own candidate communications and coordinate hiring workflows from outreach through close. Maintain requisitions and pipeline data in the ATS, ensuring accuracy for reporting. Identify process gaps and update documentation to improve recruiting operations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and experience in recruiting coordination or talent operations. Strong communication skills and ability to handle candidate correspondence. Experience with Greenhouse or similar ATS and high-volume hiring in a startup. Compensation: US candidates receive $32-$52 per hour plus equity, medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and other benefits. International compensation is provided during the recruitment process.
