Acting as a primary builder and operator within the Growth Marketing Team, the full-time remote Senior Growth Operations Architect will manage experiment architecture, project execution, and reporting while implementing automated growth plays and leveraging AI tools. Key responsibilities Lead the operational rhythm of weekly growth sprints, documenting experiment hypotheses and holding team members accountable for their tasks Take ownership of building, monitoring, and maintaining automated growth plays across various platforms Explore and improve AI tooling integration to enhance operations and accelerate experimentation Required qualifications 4+ years of hands-on experience in Growth Marketing, Product Management, or Technical Marketing Operations Demonstrated owner mentality with a proactive approach to troubleshooting software platforms Exceptional project management skills with the ability to create transparent project backlogs and dashboards Strong competency in navigating sales sequence management systems, AI GTM tools, and data enrichment brokers
