Growth Marketing Specialist

Driving brand awareness through upper-funnel display advertising campaigns, the full-time Specialist, Growth Marketing - Display will own strategy, execution, and optimization while collaborating with internal teams and managing external agencies in New York. Key responsibilities Execute upper-funnel display campaigns by defining objectives, identifying audiences, and providing spend recommendations based on performance data Lead the creative briefing process, manage asset delivery, and track performance metrics to identify trends and best practices Oversee the display advertising budget, managing forecasting, pacing, and the billing process while collaborating with various internal teams Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Management, or a related field 2+ years of digital performance marketing experience, specifically managing display/programmatic campaigns Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct independent analysis and communicate results effectively Experience with display DSPs and understanding of programmatic buying methods Familiarity with web analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics, Omniture, or Tableau
