To support a growing practice, the full-time salaried Growth Leader, Risk Services will drive high growth within the industry by managing pipeline and client account planning, generating leads, and integrating new partners into the industry group, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities Collaborates with Industry Leader to create and execute a growth plan, including go-to-market and lead generation strategies Analyzes financial and marketing metrics to identify growth opportunities and manage weekly or monthly pipeline calls Provides training and coaching to team members regarding account management processes and lead generation efforts Required qualifications Significant business development and marketing experience Demonstrated success in leading growth campaigns Strong analytical skills for interpreting marketing analytics and pipeline data Excellent executive presence and communication skills Deep understanding of the professional services environment
