Lead and execute growth strategies, drive user acquisition, and analyze data to fuel Aimerce's rapid expansion.
- Has deep familiarity with retail-tech and e-commerce ecosystems (Shopify, Klaviyo-adjacent tools).
- Leads GTM + Ops holistically. Player-coach, hands-on.
- Brings a strong founder mindset (ideally ex-founder, or entrepreneurial) with the ability to generate ideas and execute.
- Develops repeatable marketing and operational playbooks.
- Partners closely with events/partnerships on conferences, events, and creative GTM experiments.
Skills
- Owns metrics: defining success, evaluating channel performance, reporting impact, and tying results back to the company baseline.
- Can grow and experiment across channels (Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Reddit, email, etc.).
- There is a strong opportunity to grow into a CMO role.
