Key responsibilities Identify growth opportunities and recommend which ideas to test and scale Prototype and launch solutions using AI tools while collaborating with cross-functional teams Transform successful experiments into sustainable growth loops for products and channels Required qualifications Experience growing B2C, prosumer, subscription, or creator-economy products Proven ability to design and analyze A/B tests that improve activation and retention Strong product judgment with a track record of independently identifying and solving ambiguous problems Comfortable working across product, marketing, and data without organizational barriers Familiarity with using AI and automation in workflows for research and prototyping
