Qumis is seeking its first Head of Growth to build and own the entire growth function. You will report to the CEO and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Experience to establish Qumis as the category leader in insurance AI.
You will own two critical motions: PLG growth and scaling demand gen, while defining the growth strategy and executing campaigns, experiments, and optimization with high autonomy.
