Growth Lead for a Groundbreaking Home Network

Ruxlo is hiring a growth-focused operator in Manasquan, NJ. As the first dedicated marketing & growth hire, you will build the go-to-market motion from the ground up, recruit trades, and map completed work into the platform, driving early user adoption.

You’ll own the consumer growth engine across activation, retention, referrals, and paid channels, while shaping an AI-enabled growth flow with engineering partnership. This role is hands-on, with future leadership on the horizon.
