This is a 1099 independent contractor role with a $1,000/month retainer; ad spend is handled separately. You will launch campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google and other recommended channels, build basic structure, audiences, budgets, and tracking, and monitor CAC, ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR and conversions.
