Growth-Driven Performance Marketing Manager

Malbon is hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to join our Digital team in Santa Monica, with a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office). You will own paid media strategy across Meta, Google, and TikTok, optimize campaigns, and partner with Ecommerce on landing pages and promotions.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience in DTC/ecommerce, with in-house ownership of budgets at scale. Strong analytics, GA4, Shopify, and attribution proficiency are required.
