Growth Director, Property Management Partnerships - Remote

Magnolia Capital in the U.S. is seeking a Director of Business Development to expand our third-party property management platform.

You will leverage your multifamily real estate network to identify, pursue, and close PM contracts with owners, operators, and investors. The role emphasizes relationship-building, strategic selling, and collaboration with Operations, Asset Management, and Marketing to tailor proposals and capture new business opportunities across target markets.
