Growth Director: Paid Social & Strategy

Home Solutions seeks a Director of Strategy & Ops to lead strategy and performance across paid media, launching new businesses and scaling existing ones with a focus on Paid Social. You’ll partner with marketing, analytics, product, and operations to identify opportunities, design experiments, and turn insights into action.

You will own the customer acquisition funnel end-to-end, building systems and capabilities, while shaping how the team uses technology, LLMs, and automation to improve
