Growth & Talent Acquisition Operations Lead

Carvana is hiring a Senior Manager, Growth strategy & Operations, to scale Talent Acquisition across Operations. You will diagnostically identify gaps, design scalable processes, and lead a recruiting team to meet ambitious hiring targets while partnering with business leaders to ensure consistency, discipline, and rapid adoption.

You’ll build strong relationships with stakeholders, own end-to-end recruitment strategy, and drive improvements in candidate experience and hiring quality.
