SqlDBM is seeking a Head of Growth to own and optimize the entire pipeline from outbound and inbound motions to partner-sourced deals. You will design and run a repeatable system, then hire to scale it, reporting to the SVP of Sales & Customer Success alongside Marketing, Product, and Customer Success.
You will build a two-person BDR function, craft the outbound playbook, and govern inbound speed, routing, and qualification.
