Growth & Operations Director, In-Home Care (Profit Share)

Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking an autonomous director to lead our Waco, TX branch. You will independently manage operations, drive business development, and cultivate partner referrals, with corporate training and ongoing support.

You will hire and onboard staff, oversee on-call coverage, manage client intakes, and monitor the branch budget. A proven leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment will excel and help Cornerstone become the preferred in-home care provider.
