Growth & Marketing Associate — Drive Customer Acquisition

Arona Home Essentials in Kentucky is hiring a Marketing and Growth Associate to help acquire and retain customers, process payments, and manage lease references while maintaining a polished showroom. You will assist customers on the showroom floor and direct opportunities to the Sales Manager as needed.

You will contribute to campaigns, maintain customer records, and support mailing efforts, all while upholding professional appearance and strong sales abilities. Bi-lingual skills are a plus.
