Group Sales Leader — Hospitality & Events Growth

Mr. C Hotels seeks a Group Sales Manager for the Hilton Minneapolis Airport. The role focuses on aggressive sales solicitation, outside calls, and proactive lead conversion to definite status. You will assist in marketing planning and coordinate with catering on event details.

Responsibilities include proposing for leads, documenting group information (billing, credit, menus, AV), and ensuring seamless follow-up with the catering team. Strong communication and scheduling flexibility are required.
