Working remotely, the full-time Group Program Specialist will manage the design and logistics of various wine group programs, ensuring client satisfaction and effective communication with partners while utilizing event management tools. Key responsibilities Develop and manage all aspects of group programs, including contracts, budgets, and event planning Build strong client relationships by understanding their needs and ensuring program goals are met Provide exceptional onsite and offsite support for wine groups and tours, addressing client concerns promptly Required qualifications Five plus years of experience in group or event planning, particularly with international destinations Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Planner, Publisher, and Outlook Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships Familiarity with Cvent is a plus Willingness to travel occasionally to select domestic and international destinations
