Group Product ManagerJoin our team as a Group Product Manager! At Energy Worldnet (EWN), we deliver innovative technology solutions that empower our clients and support the future of the energy industry. Our SaaS platform helps organizations operate more safely, efficiently, and compliantly.We are seeking a Group Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and business outcomes of an assigned product portfolio while leading and developing a small team of Product Managers and/or Associate Product Managers. This role is ideal for a product leader who enjoys balancing strategic product ownership with coaching, mentoring, and developing product talent.The Group Product Manager operates as an AI-native product leader.

They are fluent in modern AI tools across discovery, prototyping, narrative, analysis, and delivery, and they use that fluency to expand their own leverage while setting the standard for product excellence across the team.If you're passionate about solving meaningful customer problems, building high-performing product teams, and driving measurable business outcomes through modern product management practices, we'd love to hear from you!This is a hybrid role that requires regular onsite collaboration and occasional client visits. Candidates must be willing to relocate to the Dallas–Fort Worth (DFW) area before their start date. Relocation assistance is not provided.This position requires regular on-site attendance. Through September 30, 2026, employees are expected to work onsite at EWN's current headquarters in Decatur, Texas as required to support collaboration, coaching, decision-making, and business outcomes.

Effective October 1, 2026, EWN's headquarters will relocate to Westlake, Texas. Beginning on that date, employees will be required to work onsite in Westlake on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with remote work available on Mondays and Fridays. Regular onsite participation is considered an essential function of this role.Please note: We do not support employment visa sponsorship (e.g., H-1B visa).What You'll DoAs a Group Product Manager at EWN, you will:Own the strategy, roadmap, and business outcomes for an assigned product portfolioDefine the problems worth solving based on customer needs, market opportunities, and business objectivesMake prioritization decisions with conviction and clearly communicate tradeoffs across teams and stakeholdersDefine and measure success through outcome-based metrics tied to customer and business impactPartner with the Chief Product Officer on pricing, packaging, and monetization decisionsLead a small product-aligned pod of Product Managers and/or Associate Product ManagersCoach, mentor, and develop team members to strengthen product management capabilities and career growthEstablish clear expectations and accountability for product outcomes and executionSupport hiring, onboarding, and talent development efforts within the Product organizationModel product leadership practices and create a culture of continuous improvement and learningLead customer discovery efforts including interviews, support interactions, market research, competitive analysis, and win/loss reviewsTranslate customer and market insights into strategic product direction and roadmap prioritiesDevelop a deep understanding of customer workflows, pain points, and emerging opportunitiesPartner directly with customers to validate assumptions and guide investment decisionsUtilize modern AI tools across discovery, customer research, prototyping, analysis, narrative development, and delivery supportLeverage AI to improve decision-making, efficiency, and product outcomesEstablish best practices for AI-enabled product management across the teamEvaluate opportunities to incorporate AI capabilities into EWN's products and portfolio strategyDrive alignment across Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Support teamsLead through influence to ensure successful execution of product initiativesParticipate in strategic planning, portfolio reviews, and cross-functional decision-makingCommunicate product strategy, outcomes, and recommendations to executives, customers, and other stakeholdersSupport key customer engagements and strategic business initiativesWhat You'll BringRequired Skills & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experienceFive (5) or more years of product management experience with ownership of significant product initiativesDemonstrated experience coaching, mentoring, or managing Product Managers and/or Associate Product ManagersProven track record of delivering measurable customer and business outcomes through product leadershipExperience leading cross-functional teams across Engineering, Design, and go-to-market functionsStrong customer discovery, prioritization, and strategic thinking capabilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level communicationAbility to influence stakeholders and lead through ambiguityExperience working within Agile product development environmentsPreferred Skills & Experience:Experience pricing and packaging B2B SaaS productsExperience hiring, leveling, and developing product management talentExperience using AI-assisted product tools such as Lovable, v0, Cursor, or similar platformsExperience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and/or Compliance SaaS
