This Group Product Manager role sits at the intersection of clinical domain expertise and product leadership — you will own a product area within H1's clinical intelligence suite and lead a team of PMs working to bring that vision to life.What You'll Do At H1As Group Product Manager, Clinical, you will set strategy, lead a team, and drive execution across H1's clinical data products. You will work directly with clinical stakeholders, data science, engineering, and commercial leadership to define what we build and why.

You will:Own the product strategy and multi-quarter roadmap for H1's clinical data product area, balancing customer commitments with long-term platform investmentLead, develop, and support a team of 2–4 product managers — running roadmap reviews, facilitating prioritization, and owning their growth and performanceDrive discovery with clinical stakeholders including physicians, medical affairs leads, and health system buyers to surface unmet needs and validate solutionsTranslate complex clinical workflows and HCP user needs into structured, actionable product requirements for engineering and designPartner with data science to bring new clinical datasets, models, and signals into production in ways that are reliable and user-facingDefine success metrics for your product area and own reporting on engagement, data quality, and clinical user satisfactionEstablish and maintain team rituals — sprint planning, backlog grooming, roadmap reviews, and retrospectives — and hold the bar on delivery qualityRepresent the product in executive reviews and client-facing conversations as the domain authority for clinical intelligenceCollaborate with commercial and customer success teams to ensure clinical product investments support retention and expansion goalsIdentify and address gaps in data coverage, interoperability, or clinical workflow alignment that limit adoption or trust in H1's clinical productsAbout YouYou have a clinical background — through training, practice, or deep embedded experience in clinical health IT — and you have converted that domain expertise into product leadership. You are comfortable managing a team through ambiguity and holding the line on prioritization when everything feels urgent.
