Draper is seeking a Group Leader for the Integration & Test Division in Cambridge, MA. You will lead the System Level Electromechanical Integration & Test 2 Group, coordinating with front‑end Systems Engineers and other divisions to plan, execute, and certify complex systems.
You will mentor ~15–20 engineers, drive workforce strategy, and promote R&D activities, including proposals and university collaborations. A U.S. government security clearance is preferred.
