Supporting high complexity accounts, the full-time remote Group Insurance Billing Senior Analyst will serve as a subject matter expert, manage billing-related customer issues, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure service level adherence. Key Responsibilities Serve as a subject matter expert in case management, identifying and resolving complex billing issues Support receivable and suspense management for an assigned book of business, ensuring timely resolution of customer issues Assist in the development and management of process documentation and training for new team members Required Qualifications Minimum 3 years' experience in Group Insurance Complex Billing, AR Reconciliation, and/or Collections Minimum 3 years' experience with MS Office, particularly Excel for reconciliation tasks Experience in researching and resolving financial issues and customer inquiries Direct customer service issue resolution and client interaction experience Strong skills in client/vendor relationship management
