Group AI Product Manager | DigitalThis role requires a hybrid schedule and will be based in our New York, NY office (Tuesday through Thursday) and work fully remotely on Mondays and Fridays each week.This role is not open to visa sponsorship or transfer of visa sponsorship including those on H1-B, F-1, OPT, STEM-OPT, or TN visa, nor is it available to work corp-to-corp.Our product organization transforms client acquisition, retention, and operations through AI and ML. We are seeking a Group AI Product Manager to lead digital product for our retail energy marketplace, a business with deep investment in R&D and innovation. In this role, you will lead a team focused on designing, building, deploying, and scaling AI-native products and agentic workflows that materially improve marketplace economics. You will translate partner objectives, business strategy, and experimentation insights into clear product roadmaps, while guiding the development of new products, workflows, and capabilities.We expect this leader to be deeply technical, analytically rigorous, and relentlessly curious.
You should bring a strong grasp of data science practices, the ability to find signal in ambiguity, and the judgment to identify where AI can create meaningful value across marketplace strategy and our broader client ecosystem. You are comfortable operating close to the details, solving complex analytical and technical problems, and being hands-on to drive our hardest challenges.This role will have significant impact across the retail energy marketplace and broader Home Client division. You and your team will own KPIs across your portion of the customer funnel, directly contributing to top-line and bottom-line growth. You will partner closely with senior cross-functional leaders to align priorities and drive key decisions.
