Leading a dedicated pod within Client Services, the full-time Group Account Director will oversee client delivery, manage senior client relationships, and drive team performance in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Lead a pod of Sr. Directors, ensuring high-quality client delivery and monitoring overall pod health Serve as the senior relationship owner for key clients, managing complex issues and maintaining executive-level engagement Coach and develop team leaders, support hiring and onboarding, and drive client satisfaction and growth initiatives Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in Customer Success, Client Services, or Delivery leadership within SaaS, healthtech, or pharma Proven experience managing large, complex enterprise accounts and multi-layered client relationships Demonstrated success in leading and scaling teams, including managing leaders of leaders Track record of driving retention, expansion, and strong customer outcomes at scale Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to influence and navigate high-stakes situations
