As a Groundskeeping Supervisor with ARAMARK in our Facilities & Maintenance department, you will lead a crew responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and attractive outdoor spaces across client properties. You’ll plan daily work, assign tasks, and inspect grounds, ensuring lawns, landscapes, walkways, and entrances meet Aramark’s quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities include supervising staff, operating and maintaining landscape equipment, coordinating seasonal projects, and monitoring irrigation and basic repairs. You’ll enforce safety protocols, maintain inventory, and communicate with facility managers and clients.
